Recently participating in research study on comparing conservative management of lower back pain to the use of an exercise program.

Experienced with working with tradies both on and off site.
Worked alongside tradesmen namely Treelopping, gardening, landscaping, carpentry, Gyprocker’s, painters, form work, concreting, plumbers, warehouse, delivery docks, customer service and office work.
This continues to provide a first-hand insight to the manual handling and movement patterns involved in the patients’ real world. Treatment is specific to their functional needs.
This assists in the diagnosis (figuring out the problem) and most certainly in the treatment and management plan. An understanding of the processes involved allows a sound onsite understanding in all aspects of the rehabilitation process every step of the way from the earliest stage of injury to the very end.
We have treated with great success injuries that have occurred as a result of lifting to falls from heights.
Corrective exercise- correct use of joints and muscles to create postural and movement education, awareness, control, stability, endurance and strength.
