Before any action is taken your therapist will assess your condition, diagnose the problem and explain the problem in simple terms. The physio will work with you to develop a treatment plan that takes into account your general health and well-being, lifestyle, leisure activities, work-related duties and day to day lifestyle. This will include advice on how you can help yourself. For example, you may be shown exercises that you can do between treatment sessions and reviews. There are no contracts or forced commitments on the patient’s behalf.
