Experience:
Jess graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Health science (Sport & Exercise Science) in 2015. She has recently completed her Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University this year.
Jess has worked as a physiotherapist assistant for the past three years while she was studying her Master of Clinical Physiology degree. She has a background in working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for three years. Specialising in strength and conditioning and functional training.
She believes that exercise is medicine and that every individual will benefit from exercise therapy, no matter the age, gender or condition.
Jess is experienced in treating a number of conditions using an evidence based approach including pre and post-surgical interventions, musculoskeletal injuries, occupational injuries and back pain. With her background in exercise science, Jess uses her comprehensive knowledge and skills to promote injury prevention and rehabilitation through quality movement.
