Anh’s early experience was working with patients with chronic and degenerative conditions such as osteoarthritic joints and physically deconditioned physiques.
Helping educate and progress patients from a sedentary lifestyle focussed around pain and dysfunction to a more active and enjoyable lifestyle.
Recently working closely with sport related injuries namely teenagers. With a focus on understanding postural awareness and correction. Assisting the younger population in understanding of self-care and injury minimisation by education and self-management strategies. You are only as good as your injuries during training and day of competition!
A hands-on approach. Planning, measuring and progressing her patients every step of the treatment process. Working closely with the treating specialist and GP to ensure an accurate and safe approach optimising treatment to efficiently and safely return to sport.
In her spare time, Anh enjoys playing oz-tag and plays at a representative level.
She has taken up snow-boarding. This year she has been to Perisher and just returned from a trip to Queenstown New Zealand for some of those more serious slopes.
